attending breakdown for 35 MW power plant consist of 14560 KVA, 11 KV Siemens Generator with
engine of 12 V 48 / 60 running in parallel with load management system of Siemens S7 PLC. 100 KV substation with
25 MVA transformer, SF6 Breakers, MOCB, HV Capacitor bank. Handled Waste Heat Recovery Boiler of 6 Tons / Hr with 10 Kg / cm2 capacities.
Executed software with circuit for fully automatic or manual load sharing in parellel with the state grid.
Instittuted a system to isolate the captive power plant from frequency fluctuations in the state grid.

Operation & maintenance of power plant of 75 MW Power plant with 7250 KVA , 11 KV generator with Wartsila 18 V 32LN type engine, 30 MW power plant with 4375 KVA 6.6 KV ABB Generator with Rolls Royce Allen Engine 4012 V with SCADA control.
Ensuring a smooth functioning of power distribution system consist of 66 KV high voltage Substation, Switchgear, and GE high voltage protection system.
1843 KW 6.6 KV HV Motor. Worked on ERP, CMMS system, Holec SCADA, Allen Bradley, Benalty Neveda Vibration System PLC.
Developed monthly HSE performance chart, trend, tracking analysis. Carry out energy audit, mock drill, yearly evacuation plan for sites.
Supervised an air system audit and implemented investement free measures that saved 24973 KWH of energy per year with cost saving of
USD 4.3 million per year with reduction of CO2 emission by 15 TPY. Maintaned power plant with 99.9% availability.
